End of Fall Season Transitional Training
Position Specific Training Program + Scrimmages (Travel & EP3)
The soccer position-specific training program spans six practices, each lasting 90-minutes. Each session begins with a dynamic group warm-up to prepare players physically and mentally. Following the warm-up, players are divided by trainers into position-specific groups—defenders (2/3/4/5), midfielders (6/8/10), and forwards (7/9/11)/goalkeepers (1)—where they focus on tailored drills and techniques relevant to their roles for a designated time.
This focused training allows players to hone their skills in their specific areas, such as defensive positioning, midfield distribution, or finishing techniques. Players will be grouped according to their individual development plan. The club will work with the team trainers and the players to ensure everyone is challenged and placed appropriately. Each practice concludes with a large scrimmage, bringing all players back together to apply what they’ve learned, fostering teamwork and reinforcing understanding of their positions within a game context.
Registration will be based on a first-come first-served basis as the number of players able to participate will be capped in order to foster an ideal training environment.

Diamond Academy Late Fall Skills Development Program
Our skills development program offers players a comprehensive and dynamic learning experience while fostering a love for the game. Throughout the program, players are encouraged to explore creativity while learning new skills, particularly in small-sided game scenarios that promote decision-making and adaptability. Key components of the training include 1v1 and 2v1 situations to refine individual attacking and defending skills. The program's structure allows players to rotate through different positions, preventing early specialization and fostering a well-rounded skill set. The program will also focus on physical fitness components including speed, coordination, balance, and agility that help to support overall athletic development, making this program a valuable opportunity for young athletes to grow both individually and as part of a team.
