”The benefits of team sports are numerous, including improved mental, emotional, social and physical health. I look forward to helping our youngest players establish a solid foundation of community upon which they may build their future successes, both on and off the field.”

Meghan Morris, Executive VP

“Soccer taught me so much growing up - the joy of learning how to win, how to lose, and  how to work together as a team. I'm so happy to have the opportunity to share that with our community and to be a part of something good for our kids that will stay with them forever. .”

"Hard work, fair play and team building are all lessons I learned from playing soccer growing up, and have carried over into my life off the field and in my career.  Excited to use those lessons to help the club and community I care deeply about!"

"SPF Soccer was my children's first introduction to team sports. Our strong and growing program which is focused on development of every child  is one of the best things about living in the Scotch Plains/Fanwood area."

”The highest-quality soccer clubs are those that are able to best develop their players and maximize their potential, while maintaining an environment in which kids could still be kids and bask in their joy and passion for the game. My goal is to ensure that we do not lose sight of these fundamental tenets as we continue to build on a top-notch travel program.”

Gabe Berkowitz, VP Operations

"Since they were very young my kids have been involved in the SPF soccer program. I really enjoyed the communal aspect of  seeing all of our youngest players come out on Saturday morning. It feels like the entire town is there. As my kids have gotten older I appreciate soccers ability to teach teamwork, humility and competition.  I also like that it provides a social outlet for kids to meet, play and compete against other kids."
