Summer High School Strength & Conditioning Program

Register here for the SPFSC Summer High School Strength and Conditioning Program run in partnership with Michael Kuchar, owner of Foundation Fitness and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. The program is open to high school and rising high school players to help them physically prepare for high school tryouts and the upcoming soccer season.

Sessions will consist of high intensity endurance training, plyometrics, balance, core and functional strength that players will need to prepare themselves for the rigorous physical demands of high school tryouts.  The program is specifically designed to train athletes to perform effectively and move efficiently on the field.  The program will also incorporate a progression of small-sided games working towards full sided 11 v 11 matches.

Who: High School Players and Rising High School Players

When: You will be assigned a 60-minute time slot between 6 pm and 9 pm for Monday and Wednesday sessions and a 90-minute time slot between 9 am and Noon for Friday sessions.

  • Week 1 - 6/30 & 7/2
  • Week 2 - 7/7 & 7/9
  • Week 3 -  7/14 & 7/16
  • Week 4 - 7/21, 7/23 & 7/25
  • Week 5 - 7/28, 7/30 & 8/1
  • Week 6 - 8/4, 8/6 & 8/8

The week of August 11th is a make up week for any lost sessions due to weather.
