Scotch Plains Fanwood Soccer Club joined NJYS’ Youth Coaching Director Lou Mignone (also West Orange Hilltoppers’ DoC) and the wonderful WOSC volunteers at their weekly TOPSoccer Program on Halloween.

TOPSoccer is a community based training and team placement program for young athletes with special needs. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl with special needs.
